To guarantee maximum security and peace of mind for our customers, each piece of jewelry purchased is shipped with FedEx and insured value. The delivery cost within the European Union is €100 and €150 for the rest of the world. Products are delivered via FedEx and their Value Delivery service. Each piece of jewelry purchased is delivered in a high-quality box. The packaging used for shipping is designed to secure the jewelry during delivery. The package is only delivered upon receipt against signature. Any damage noted upon receipt of the package must be reported to the carrier in writing in order to be covered by the insured value.
